Chris Pratt responds to Ellen Page accusations via Instagram

“Lego Movie 2” actor Chris Pratt spoke out on Instagram following online accusations from actress Ellen Page, addressing claims that he supports an anti-LGBTQ church.

Pratt had stopped by “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” to discuss his upcoming film. While there, the actor spoke about his spirituality and mentioned his recent biblical-themed diet was inspired by his pastor from Hillsong Church.

‘RuPaul’s Drag Race,’ ‘Feud’ earn Emmy nominations

The 69th Primetime Emmy Awards nominations were unveiled Thursday morning with both “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and “Feud: Bette and Joan” earning nominations.

“Westworld” and “Saturday Night Live” received the most with 22 nominations each. “Feud: Bette and Joan” received a nomination for Best Limited Series and “RuPaul’s Drag Race” is a contender for Best Reality Competition Program. RuPaul is up for Best Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program.

Stephen Colbert’s Trump-Putin joke received more than 5,000 complaints

Stephen Colbert’s sexually explicit gay joke about President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin on his May 1 episode of “The Late Show” cracked up his studio audience, but home viewers didn’t find the joke as funny.

Politico reports that the FCC received 5,700 complaints about Colbert’s opening monologue joke calling Trump, “Vladimir Putin’s c-ck holster.” The joke sparked the social media campaign #FireColbert on Twitter.

“Late Show” host Stephen Colbert gave his usual roast of President Donald Trump on Monday night but his opening monologue included a joke that some people deemed homophobic.

Colbert skewered Trump in response to the president’s White House interview with CBS reporter John Dickerson on “Face the Nation,” which came to an abrupt end. Trump called the program “Deface the Nation” and “fake news” before leaving the interview.
