New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is defending his choice to appear in a public service announcement for Focus on the Family, an evangelical organization with a record of anti-LGBT legislation.

Brees filmed a 20-second PSA titled “Bring Your Bible to School Day” for the group.

Anti-LGBTQ ministry to host adoption event in Orlando

ORLANDO | Focus on the Family, a global Christian ministry with a notorious anti-LGBTQ conviction, announced that they are coming to Central Florida April 28 to host an adoption event at First Baptist Orlando.

The event is “an opportunity to educate families about the adoption process and connect them with local adoption agencies,” but members of the LGBTQ community are skeptical about inviting the hate group into the community.

Social conservatives thank Trump at White House for anti-LGBT policy

A host of anti-LGBT leaders met with the President Trump on Monday afternoon to thank him for keeping his promises from Election 2016, including his administration’s actions against LGBT people.

The meeting at the White House was timed with Trump recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel — a move long sought by social conservatives that many leaders in the international community have warned is dangerous.
