KindRED Pride Foundation made quite a statement with its inaugural “We Are One: An Extravaganza for Diversity & Inclusion” benefit concert at Disney Springs’ House of Blues in Orlando May 30.

Hosted by WFTV’s Jorge Estevez and comedian Erin Foley, the star-studded fundraiser kicked off with some hilarious stand-up from co-host Foley and went nonstop with amazing talent.

The KindRED Pride Foundation’s biggest goal when they decided to launch an annual benefit concert during the newly-named RED Shirt Pride Days was to unify one voice at one time in one location. An event like that could only be called one thing—We Are One.

“We Are One: An Extravaganza for Diversity & Inclusion” is “a star-studded fundraiser and benefit concert” bringing together different forms of entertainment and genres to support the nonprofits that support our community.

“RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 4” unveiled which queens will return to battle it out for the crown.

Entertainment Weekly announced that this season’s cast includes Farrah Moan (season nine), Gia Gunn (season six), Jasmine Masters (season seven), Manila Luzon (season three, All Stars 1), Monét X Change (season 10), Monique Heart (season 10), Naomi Smalls (season eight), Latrice Royale (season four, All Stars 1), Trinity the Tuck (season nine) and Valentina (season nine).

‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ will crown a Christmas queen on holiday special

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” will return to crown the first “Drag Race Christmas Queen” on a special holiday episode, according to Vulture.

Previous contestants from past seasons will come back to battle it out for a mini all-star competition. Returning queens include Kim Chi, Trixie Mattel, Mayhem Miller, Jasmine Masters, Eureka O’Hara, Latrice Royale, Shangela and Sonique.

What not to miss at this year’s Tampa Bay International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival

Call it spreading the love! After 25 years with the Tampa Theater, the dynamic Tampa Bay Gay International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (TIGLFF) now will offer events at different venues throughout Florida’s west coast. The launch party is this Saturday, Sept. 12, hosted at the Dali Museum. Most the big events from Oct. 2 through Oct. 10 will be at The Palladium – including a show with lesbian comic and chanteuse Lea DeLaria on Saturday, Oct. 3. Movies will play in theaters in Tampa, St. Pete, and Gulfport throughout the nine-day festival. Tickets and information are available at TIGLFF.com

TIGLFF is still working the details of their impressive festival; they currently have 33 LBGT films from the last 3 years. They gave us an early peek, so fans could start flagging must-see films.
