The surrogate who delivered “Flipping Out” stars Jeff Lewis and Gage Edward’s child is suing Bravo for filming the birth without her consent.

Variety reports Alexandra Trent filed the lawsuit against the network on Tuesday for unlawful recording, invasion of privacy and fraud. In the lawsuit, Trent alleges the network filmed her vagina without her consent and that she was humiliated by Lewis and Edward making “disgusting” comments about her anatomy.

‘Survivor’ contestant outs fellow competitor as transgender

“Survivor” contestant Zeke Smith was outed as transgender by fellow competitor Jeff Varner on Wednesday night’s episode of the CBS reality competition. The move has prompted online criticism and condemnation by a major LGBT rights group.

Varner made accusations of “a deception” before revealing that Smith is transgender on the episode. Varner was immediately criticized by other players. He repeatedly apologized, but was voted out of the competition.

Film Previews show TIGLFF has a Beautiful Something for everyone

The much beloved TampaBay International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (TIGLFF) is only a week away. The festival now will offer events at different venues throughout Florida’s west coast, though most of the big events from Oct. 2 through Oct. 10 will be at The Palladium – including a show with lesbian comic and chanteuse Lea DeLaria on Saturday, Oct. 3. Movies will play in theaters in Tampa, St. Pete and Gulfport throughout the nine-day festival. Tickets and information are available at TIGLFF.com

David Lee-ding the way to new shows

David Lee has been named the new Manager in charge of Show Procurement for the Footlight Theater. This will allow PH to bring in some popular shows from this year’s Fringe Festival, starting with Bubble Gum Party (running Gay Days Weekend). The line-up will also include Field Guide to the Gays (both part 1 and 2!), 1969 Stonewall and Sex, Drugs and Rock ‘n’ Roll. David promises more entertainment to be announced. Always an added bonus, ticket admission usually counts for your cover to the club as well, not to mention the cocktail table service you can get during the performance.

Bruce Jenner comes out as transgender, says ‘I am a woman’

NEW YORK (AP) – In the 1970s, Bruce Jenner was a symbol of American masculinity as an Olympic champion. Nearly 40 years later, in an extraordinary television interview, Jenner told the world that he identifies as a woman and has felt gender confusion since he was a little boy growing up in the New York suburbs.

Jenner let his hair down, literally loosening a ponytail and letting his hair flow past his shoulders, in a symbolic moment at the start of his two-hour interview with ABC News’ Diane Sawyer that was televised April 24. “Yes, for all intents and purposes, I am a woman.”
