The Solutionary Events team is excited to bring the Solutionary Health Festival to the Sarasota community! Guests will have the opportunity to learn about creating a healthy, compassionate, and regenerative world through a fun-filled festival starting at 11:00 a.m. and a 5K Run starting at 10:00 a.m. at the beautiful Oscar Scherer Park in Sarasota, Florida!


Featuring knowledgeable speakers, health food, live music from a variety of talented musicians, health-oriented vendors, a kids’ health zone, a scavenger hunt, yoga, a 5K race, and more, the Solutionary Health Festival is fun for all age groups and welcomes diversity! This event will occur from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the event is free (Parking is $5).


Solutionary Events is a 501c3 non-profit educational outreach organization with a mission to create healthy, compassionate, and regenerative communities through coordinating vegan and socially responsible events such as festivals, workshops, seminars, potlucks, beach/park, cleanups, film screenings, outreach events, races/walks, and other events that align with the values of Solutionary Events’ mission. Through the knowledge, experience, and dedication of solutionaries (people who take part in solutions instead of problems), the team offers valuable resources to people interested in learning about healthy living. 8th Annual Tampa Bay Veg Fest

Tampa Bay Veg Fest is back for the 8th year running!


Tampa Bay Veg Fest is an annual event that welcomes the Tampa community and beyond to celebrate all things healthy, compassionate, and environmentally sustainable. Featuring nationally renowned speakers, 100 veg-friendly vendors/exhibitors, animal rescue groups, vegan food, raw/cooking demonstrations, humane education, live music & entertainment, yoga classes, film screenings, a scavenger hunt appropriate for adults and kids, and activities for children and families, Veg Fest offers a diverse experience for all to learn about living a healthy, compassionate, and eco-friendly lifestyle. Tampa Bay Veg Fest is free to attend, and the speakers, demonstrations, music, and children’s activities are likewise free of charge. Vegan food samples will be available at the event, as will many opportunities to learn about vegan food, ideas, and lifestyle.


This Veg Fest won the Juror’s Choice Award in 2016 from Tampa’s Urban Excellence Awards, and has been named one of the 10 must-attend vegan festivals in the U.S. by One Green Planet. Approximately 12,000 people are expected to attend the event throughout the day.


Tampa Bay Veg Fest is November 4 from 10AM to 5PM and is  located at Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park in the Channelside district of downtown Tampa. Learn more at!

Join us at The Mall at Millenia on Friday, October 20th for an evening of live music by The Frequency Band, free and open to the public. With a donation of $20, sample food and signature drinks from your favorite Mall at Millenia restaurants. Pink Out and bring your friends and family!

Pink Out. Dine Out. Rock Out. will take place at The Mall Main Entrance. All proceeds from lanyard donations will benefit the Florida Hospital Breast Cancer Care Fund. Lanyards are available for donation via and on the day of the event at the Florida Hospital tent, starting at 6:30PM.

The Florida Hospital Breast Cancer Care Fund provides screening mammograms, diagnostic testing and treatment of breast cancer to under-served women in Central Florida.

It’s’ Back for 2017! Will’s A Faire, the family friendly and free, one day retro, vintage, local and handmade market with live music, food trucks and fun indoors and out is back for SFS at Will’s Pub on Sunday March 19th! The market features 50+ Vendors and runs 1pm until 8:30pm, with live music from Eugene Snowden, English Jr., Chuck Magid (of The Groove Orient), Kaci-Jo Hibbard, Sacco and Vanzetti, plus a surprise set by an Orlando favorite. As the market winds down Brown Bag Brass Band will play a free show inside Will’s. The entire event is free to the public and all ages are welcome. Dr. Phillips Center will be transformed into a 8-hour bacon bonanza. Featuring 30+ of the area’s top restaurants and food vendors creating bacon-inspired dishes for all to enjoy. This festival is where event goers enjoy bacon inspired treats from Central Florida’s top restaurants, live music from local acts, bacon beverages, and other family and pet friendly entertainment. We will boast 25+ top restaurants creating bacon-inspired samples, and competing to win the coveted “Best of Bacon” award. We anticipate on distributing over 5,000 pounds of bacon to a crowd of more than 8,000 bacon lovers who will travel far and wide to sink their teeth into dozens of delectable treats.

St. Pete Pride’s Red & Green Party brings snow to Sunken Gardens

St. Pete Pride’s annual Red & Green Party brought festive cheer, glittery beards and snow to the Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg Dec. 5.

The more than 400 guests dined on exquisite food and enjoyed the open bars as two snow machines turned the 100 year old botanical garden into a winter wonderland.
