The anonymous massage therapist who accused actor Kevin Spacey of sexual assault has died in the middle of his lawsuit.

According to Page Six, Spacey’s lawyers filed a “notice of statement noting plaintiff’s death” Sept. 18.

Kevin Spacey gave a public poetry reading to a crowd in Rome marking his first public appearance since sexual assault charges against the actor were dropped.

Spacey appeared at the National Roman Museum’s Palazzo Massimo alle Terme on Aug. 2 to recite the poem “The Boxer,” written by Italian poet Gabriele Tinti, next to an ancient Greek sculpture of a wounded boxer.

Prosecutors drop sexual assault charge against Kevin Spacey

Prosecutors announced on Wednesday that the charge against Kevin Spacey accusing the actor of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old boy in a Nantucket, Mass. bar has been dropped.

In court documents, Cape and Island District Attorney Michael O’Keefe said the charge was dropped “due to an unavailability of the complaining witness.”

Spacey lawyers claim 2016 groping incident was consensual

Disgraced gay actor Kevin Spacey disputes the old adage that any publicity is good publicity. On Dec. 31, Nantucket, Mass. District Court Judge Thomas Barrett denied a motion filed by Spacey’s legal team asking to waive his Jan. 7 arraignment appearance on one count of felonious indecent assault and battery. Through his attorneys, Spacey argued that, “my presence will amplify the negative publicity already generated in connection with this case.”

The motion also indicated that Spacey intended to plead not guilty to the sexual assault allegation. If convicted, the actor faces up to five years in prison or up to 2½ years in jail and a requirement to register as a sex offender, according to court documents.

Kevin Spacey is charged with groping a young man

BOSTON (AP) | Kevin Spacey has been charged with groping the 18-year-old son of a Boston TV anchor in 2016, the first criminal case brought against the Oscar-winning actor since his career collapsed amid a string of sexual misconduct allegations over a year ago.

Spacey, 59, is due in court Jan. 7 on the resort island of Nantucket to be arraigned on a charge of indecent assault and battery, Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe said in a statement Monday. Spacey could get up to five years in prison if convicted.

Kevin Spacey’s ‘Billionaire Boys Club’ earns $126 on opening day

Kevin Spacey’s latest film “Billionaire Boys Club” bombed at the box office over the weekend pulling in just $126 on Friday (opening day) and $162 on Saturday. The opening weekend total came in at $618, according to the Hollywood Reporter. 

This is Spacey’s first film to be released in theaters since his numerous sexual harassment allegations. Vertical Entertainment, the company that produced the film, chose to move forward with the film’s release because of the work of the rest of the cast and crew.

“I think we were all surprised, of course, and ultimately saddened. We forged ahead and I think we were all thankful that we were able to complete the series as planned,” Wright told Savannah Guthrie. “We were coworkers, really. We never socialized outside of work. Respectful, professional relationship. He was so great with me, he was never disrespectful to me, so that’s my personal experience, that’s the only thing I feel I have the right to talk about.”

Kevin Spacey’s sexual assault case under review by LA prosecutors

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Special Victims Bureau is reviewing a sexual assault allegation against Kevin Spacey.

According to CNN, the LASD reports that the allegations involved an adult male and took place in West Hollywood in 1992. The case has been under review since December 2017.
