‘Difficult People’ canceled by Hulu after three seasons

“Difficult People” is coming to an end after three seasons.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Hulu will not bring back the series for a fourth season. The show streamed its last episode of season three in September.

GLAAD TV report shows LGBT characters more likely to be white, gay males

LGBT characters on TV are becoming closer to the norm but odds are they are white, according to the latest study released from GLAAD.

GLAAD’s “Where We Are on TV” diversity report shows that TV has made advances in LGBT inclusion with more LGBT characters appearing on shows than ever before.

The new fall season brings back ‘Will & Grace,’ and a plethora of LGBTQ characters, to the small screen

At the 2017 Primetime Emmy Awards, Lena Waithe became the first black woman to win the award for Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series.

The Emmy was awarded for an episode of Netflix’s show Master of None. She co-wrote the season two episode titled “Thanksgiving” with show co-creator Aziz Ansari, which chronicled her experience coming out as a lesbian to her family.

Hulu lands streaming deal for old and new episodes of ‘Will & Grace’

“Will & Grace” is making a comeback to the small screen, but soon episodes will be available anytime, anywhere, thanks to Hulu.

The streaming service will be bringing all 194 episodes of the iconic ’90s sitcom on-demand. All eight seasons are currently available to watch in preparation for the upcoming reboot. Episodes from the new season will also be available on Hulu the day after its TV premiere date.

Hulu picks up show based on RuPaul’s life

Hulu has picked up a TV series based on RuPaul’s life, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The project, tentatively titled “Queen,” will feature half-hour episodes based on RuPaul’s life from club kid to drag superstar. It will be set in New York City during the Reagan era.

Gay male reboot of ‘Golden Girls’ in the works

A “Golden Girls” reboot is in the works but this time the story will feature four, older gay males living together in a house.

“Golden Girls” writers Stan Zimmerman and James Berg are pitching a pilot called “Silver Foxes” to Netflix and Hulu, Zimmerman revealed in an interview with Party Foul Radio with Pollo & Pearl.
