What would the Hallow Season be without Spooky Empire? The Ultimate Horror Weekend took over the Caribe Royale from Oct. 26-28 providing attendees with a chillingly good time!

Convention-goers were treated to a full “X-Files” reunion featuring stars David Duchovney and Gillian Anderson, “Hocus Pocus” star Kathy Najimy posed with fans and over 200 vendors sold their delightfully scary wares.

Disney’s cult classic movie “Hocus Pocus” has transformed into a novel that features a teenage lesbian love interest.

“Hocus Pocus and The All-New Sequel” is a two-part young adult novel that retells the original spooky story and adds a new sequel to the mix. The continuation of the story gives the Sanderson sisters the opportunity to enchant the next generation of Salem teenagers.

Bette Midler talks early LGBT support, ‘diva’ degradation, twerking and equal wig rights

Before the whole world knew her as “The Divine Miss M,” Bette Milder was ours. In the early ’70s, bawdy, belt-y Bette was performing for the NYC bathhouse boys, and don’t think she’s forgotten it, either. “I mean, if I had a nickel for everybody that said they saw me at the baths,” says Midler in our recent interview, “I would be Joe Billionaire by now!”
