Ariana Grande says she doesn’t like to label her sexuality after some people were skeptical about her new song’s bisexual lyrics.

Grande released “Monopoly” with her friend and singer-songwriter Victoria Monét. In the song, Grande and Monét both sing the lyric “I like women and men (yeah).” Grande also sings the line by herself later in the song.

Ariana Grande to headline Manchester Pride

Ariana Grande is scheduled to headline Manchester Pride in England later this year.

The event will take place from Aug. 23-26. Manchester Pride CEO Mark Fletcher on Feb. 25 in a statement said his organization is “truly honored to be welcoming Ariana back to the city to help us celebrate LGBT+ life.”

Fans question if Ariana Grande is queerbaiting in new music video

Ariana Grande has fans questioning if she is hinting at her bisexuality in her new music video for the single “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored.”

In the lyrics of the song, which appears on her latest album “thank u, next,” Grande describes her lust for her love interest who has a girlfriend. The video seems to follow the same storyline with Grande spotting Charles Milton (“Riverdale”) at the club. She appears attracted to him but notices he came with his girlfriend. The couple invites Grande to hang out with them and Grande, annoyed with their relationship, tries to get in between them.

Lady Gaga, Janelle Monae, St. Vincent among performers to earn Grammy nominations

The 61st Grammy Award nominations were announced Dec. 7, and the big winners are music in the movies as the soundtracks for “Black Panther” and “A Star is Born” received eight and four nominations, respectively.

Janelle Monae, who came out as pansexual earlier this year, picked up a pair of Grammy nominations; one in the Album of the Year category for “Dirty Computer” and another for best music video, “Pynk.”

INTO apologizes for publishing ‘anti-queer’ Ariana Grande critique

LGBT website INTO, which is owned by the app Grindr, has apologized for publishing a think-piece on Ariana Grande’s “thank u, next” music video which deemed the video “surprisingly anti-queer.”

“thank u, next” became a viral sensation with the biggest debut ever on YouTube. People were clicking to see the references to Grande’s exes and to watch nostalgic recreations of the popular rom-com flicks “13 Going on 30,” “Bring It On,” “Legally Blonde” and “Mean Girls.”

MTV VMAs noms include Hayley Kiyoko, Cardi B

The MTV VMAs announced its 2018 nominations which include big recognition for Cardi B and the Carters.

Cardi B received the most nominations (10) including for Video of the Year, Artist of the Year and Song of the Year. The Carters (Beyonce and Jay-Z) followed close behind with eight nominations for their video  “Apeshit.” Childish Gambino and Drake earned seven nominations each, Bruno Mars received six and Ariana Grande and Camila Cabello came in at five nominations.

Ariana Grande announced her fourth-studio album “Sweetener” will be released Aug. 17. Ahead of the album’s release, Grande has already unveiled two songs from the setlist: “No Tears Left To Cry” and “The Light is Coming,” featuring Nicki Minaj.

NBC releases a first look at the network’s next live musical “Hairspray”

After the success of The Sound of Music, Peter Pan and The Wiz; NBC continues its ratings juggernaut of live musicals with Hairspray Live!, airing on the peacock network Dec. 7 at 8:00 ET.

The live television event, based on the Tony-winning Broadway musical (which in turn is based on the 1988 John Waters film), tells the story of Tracy Turnblad, a “pleasantly plump” teenager (played by newcomer Maddie Baillio), landing a spot on a TV dance show in her hometown of Baltimore.
