Graffiti artists couldn’t slow down renovations at The GLBT Center of Central Florida, after they tagged the building’s exterior late Friday night.
“[Crews] were still sandblasting the old paint off, so they just kept working,” says Terry DeCarlo, executive director of The Center. He says police took a report July 18, which was also filed with their graffiti department.
In the meantime, the renovation project is still moving a long. DeCarlo says a new roof was started July 20.
