Scooters 4 Hooters rolled through Lake Eola Park on March 28, raising funds for Libby’s Legacy Breast Cancer Foundation. Founded in 2007, it is the signature fundraising event to provide breast healthcare to women in Central Florida through education, mammograms and hope coaches for breast cancer patients battling the disease.
Last year, 300 riders participated and more than 1,500 people attended the event in Downtown Orlando. The event has raised $750,000 since it started in 2007, not including this year’s fundraiser.
