Gay St. Pete House celebrated its sixth anniversary on April 6 with a pool party on 5th Avenue North in St. Petersburg.
A spread of barbecued burgers and hot dogs, summer-style sides and drinks was accompanied by party music poolside. Proprietor Brian Longstreth encouraged guests to bring their own swimming attire and jump in the pool, which many did. And for those who forgot to bring pool-appropriate wear, he had a store ready to accommodate the latest fashions.
