During the 22nd Annual Orlando Fringe Festival, held in May, Barry Miller of the Barry L. Miller Foundation for Arts and Education issued Fringe organizers a challenge: collect $10,000 in donations and the Foundation would match them. Fringe exceeded the goal and Sept. 18, the Foundation issued a $10,000 check.
